Ghada Mrabet, B.Sc.

Medical Director/Speech & Language Supervisor

Ghada is a trilingual Speech and Language Therapist with over 11 years of experience working in centers, schools, and clinics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and is licensed as a Speech Pathologist by DHA. She creates personalized therapy plans for each child, using a variety of techniques such as intensive teaching, natural environment training, child-led approach, and play therapy. Ghada has expertise in treating a wide range of speech, articulation, phonological and language disorders in children with conditions such as autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She is dedicated to helping children achieve their communication goals.

Radwa Rizk, BCBA-IBA

ABA Supervisor

Ms. Radwa Rizk is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-IBA) and holds a Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Endicott University. With an impressive 15-year career, Ms. Radwa specializes in supervising ABA services across diverse settings, including schools, homes, and clinics. Driven by a passion for early intervention and inclusive education, Ms. Radwa emphasizes the critical importance of individualized programming. Proficient in supervising ABA-based educational plans, she incorporates well-known curriculums such as Di/Language for Learning, ABLLS-R, EFL, PEAK, AFLS, and VB-MAPP. Efficiently leading a diverse team of professionals, including behavior analysts, behavior technicians, teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, Ms. Radwa ensures the implementation of robust systems that deliver comprehensive evidence-based programs.

Charis S.J. Ocampo, RBT, IBT

ABA Case Co-ordinator

Charis began her ABA career in a medical rehabilitation center, where she worked with children with a variety of additional needs. She has spent the last 20 years providing in-home and school ABA services, working with individuals to increase social skills, self-care independence, choice making and self-advocacy among learners, and promoting positive interactions with teachers, peers, and others. Charis also specializes in providing feeding therapy and behavior management training for therapists and caregivers.
